Rotational Moulding
We offer an experienced service to the rotational moulding industry.
We have a range of popular colours, please contact us if you would like to receive sample cast plaques of the range colours. Details of the prices for our special R.M. range colours can be found below.
Heavy metal and diarylide free pigments are used throughout our range colours. We also offer a colour matching service using a casting technique which gives far better correlation with rotational moulding than injection moulding does. Normally this is done free of charge, but in certain situations we require an agreed fee.
Please complete the online Colourmatch form. All colours are generally available within 3 days of receipt of order
We offer free UK delivery on a 2 day service for orders of 50 packets and over. A delivery charge of £8.50 will be added to any orders below that amount. Next Day delivery is available for a small charge please ask when you place your order.

Number | Colour | Price per Unit (50 units lots) | Nominal Packet Weight per % | Bulk Supply Price per Kilo |
The above prices refer to unit packs of colourant blend each sufficient to colour 20 kilos of polyethylene. Bulk supply results in a significant discount in terms of costs to colour a given amount of polymer, but the customer needs to weigh it out for themselves.
The kilo price refers to minimum lots of 5 kilos per colour. Where quantities exceed 10 kilos of pigment, larger discounts can be offered. Please note - colours may vary slightly from the ones shown on our chain. This is because the low addition rates permitted by the rotational moulding technique makes the final colour susceptible to variations in polymer base colour and processing methods. If you do not already possess one of our ranges of cast colour plates and would like one please let us know. |
Hazard Rating Code (A, B or C).
The final letter of the colour code is its rating as defined in our booklet. Dry Colourants - Product & Safety Data. Please note that whilst all powdered materials present a potential hazard by virtue of their dusty nature, those bearing the designation A are intrinsically more hazardous than those marked with a C. Please refer to the above booklet for more details. A product specification sheet can be produced for individual formulae when required. |
