Chris Hampton - Managing Director
Managing Director since August 2005, Chris joined Hampton Colours in 2000, coming from an accounting and IT background. He has studied Chemistry to a high level and has become a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. During his first years here he spent time working in all departments, from Customer Service to Machine Operator, to fully understand the business as a whole. His versatility enables him to be a very hands-on Managing Director.

Peter Perry - Technical Manager
Peter has been with the company since 1992 and has qualified as an Incorporated Engineer and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Materials. He heads the team in the Laboratory.

David Wigg - External Sales (Midlands and South East England)
David was our chief colourist for many years, but has taken partial retirement and now works part time as our Sales Representative for the East and Midlands. He can be contacted on 07796 100295.

Phillip Demidoff - External Sales (North England, Scotland and Central London)
Phillip has been our Northern Representative since 1999 and has very considerable experience in the field of polymer processing in particular that of the PVC extrusion industry. Contact him on 07885 730184.

Reg Cairns - Production Manager
Reg is our longest serving employee, having been at Hampton Colours for over 30 years. He organises Purchasing and Production.

Win Gardiner - Office Manager
Win is another long-standing member of the team, working as Office Manager and dealing with all aspects of customers' account enquiries.

Danielle Bailey, BA (Hons) - P.A. to the Managing Director
Newest addition to the company having joined the team early in 2007, Danielle has been gradually taking over from Pat Hampton to become the first point of contact for sales enquiries and provide full-time customer support.
From her background in the world of fashion and design she brings a flair for understanding customers’ colour requirements as well as considerable skill with the various computer programmes involved in running modern business.

David Hampton - Chairman
Having taken over the management of the business from his father, Charles Hampton in 1974, and run it for over thirty years, David is now part-time, having handed over the role to his son, Chris in 2005. As Chairman, he continues to play an integral part in the business while spending more time in the garden.
